Philippe Dauman , CEO of Viacom Inc and Thomas Dooley , the company's Chief Operating Officer have reserved their legal right to resign "with good reason". The move is aimed at protecting the severance pay of tens of millions of dollars in case Sumner Redstone's action to remove Dauman along with four others from Viacom's board of directors is approved by a judge.
