Xerox-ACS to Initiate a $5.6 Billion Acquisition

Xerox Corp. Chief Executive Officer Ursula Burns revealed that her company will be proceeding with acquisitions, but not as large as the $5.6 billion acquisition of business process outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services Inc. that closed on Friday.
Shareholders of Xerox and ACS to Vote on Merger in February

As has been confirmed by both the parties involved, Xerox Corp. and Affiliated Computer Services Inc. shareholders are all set to vote on the former's agreement for an acquisition of the latter, in a major $6.4 Million deal.
The voting is scheduled to happen on February 05.
