Easyjet to commence flights between Liverpool and Isle of Man

Budget airline Easyjet said that it would launch a six-times-a-week service between the Isle of Man and Liverpool, starting May 21 this year.

Airbus 319 aircraft, with capacity of 156 seats, will operate the new service between Liverpool John Lennon airport and the Isle of Man.

British budget airline easyJet reported on Tuesday a fall of 64.5 per cent in full-year profit, blaming soaring jet fuel costs for the same.

The low-cost carrier said that pre-tax profit plunged 64.5 per cent from last year to 43.7 million pounds in the 12-month period ended September 30.
