On Wednesday, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles FCA Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne said that he hopes to conclude the initial public offering as well as the spin-off of Ferrari, the company's luxury unit in the current year. But it all depends on the regulatory approvals he said.
