The existing set-top box lineup from Roku, which includes a branded $99 Netflix Instant streaming device, has been revamped with two new models - the entry-level SD and advanced HD-XR - as the company looks to expand further into the streaming media players' arena.

The Roku Digital Video Player, also marketed as the Roku HD, has been one of Roku's most sought after and touted products. Two variations of the same model, which can also be seen as up-gradations of the same, have been made available by one of the world's best known and top ranked manufacturers of entertainment gadgets.
