SEGA Europe Ltd. and SEGA of America, Inc. has declared its plan to bring the classic titles from the popular Dreamcast console to Xbox LIVE Arcade, for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation network. Both the Companies plan to re-launch these titles in the end of 2010.

Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing has so far excelled in making kart racing experience come alive graphically. So far, it is believed that only two franchises have done the task well, one of them being Crash Bandicoot with Crash Team Racing and other is SEGA.

In order to celebrate the release of Resonance of Fate, PALGN and SEGA have teamed up to distribute five Resonance of Fate packs. In addition, it would also give away a free copy of the game and a CD soundtrack.

SEGA has introduced an Australian triple pack named as 'Welcome to Violence, a Trigger Tapping Triple Barrel Terror-fest'. It is a set of violent games, the Wii and contains The Conduit, House of the Dead Overkill and Madworld. It is priced at $109.95.

The pack will be available from March 11th.

Since September 2009, Sega has been teasing the release of Needlemouse which was an episodic sequel to Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, to be released on WiiWare, PSN, XBOX Live Arcade. This information was officially released, yesterday. Sonic 4 is discarding the 3D platforming, going back to its 2D roots.

It seems that Sega has realized that it has not recently played with our hearts as it has brought the future of the franchise of Shenmue in a much dangerous position. It has been reported that Sega had made it public that a series of Shenmue is very much in their thoughts but it is a little difficult to implement as the sales are a huge factor that has to be considered.

SEGA has finally given an official confirmation to the buzz about its Sonic Classic Collection, as well as the platform for the compilation – the Nintendo DS. The collection is likely to hit the stores in March next year.
