Shell Ex-Executive Fetches $7.6M Severance

Linda Cook resigned as an Executive Director of the company on June 1, following Peter Voser taking over as Chief Executive.
Shell CFO Might Go Back To Debt Markets Once Again

EU Extends Deadline of Greece's Motor Oil/Shell Deal

The main reason for the extension in the probe deadline accounts to a national competition authority taking permission to acquire the review.
California Violations Cost Shell $19.5 Million
