European Central Bank President Mario Draghi has said that in order to reduce cuts in the ECB, Europe's economy has to meet the worst stage.

In order to make sure that reduced liquidity does not result in weakening of its monetary policy, the European Central Bank has prepared itself to make up for any acceleration by the banks of the region in emergency loan repayments.

A recent report showed that though European shares have seen spike, same can't be said about the euro, which was seen at its two-week low on Friday. It has been claimed that the reason could be linked with the European Central Bank indicating that they might cut interest rate again.

Recently a report suggested that the reduction of the 17-nation euro zone economy is hastening. Following this, on Thursday, despite of rumors about Spain's bailout plans, the country sold out its entire debt in an auction that met with strong investor demand.

In order to control the debt misery of the European Union, it is expected that the European Central Bank will take out some strategy about the purchasing of unlimited sterilized bond. Experts explained that sterilization is taking out the funds from other financial sources in order to balance the new source of funds.
