Research Shows More Exercise and Less Intake of Food Can Combat Breast Cancer

Almost one third of the breast cancer cases in Western countries could possibly be avoided if females put in more hours of exercise and ate less amount of food.

Experts say, there is no denying that better treatments, early analysis and mammogram screenings slow the illness, but it has also been studied that better and right amount of diet along with the needed amount of physical exercise, can improve the condition in a better method.

The lifestyle changes brought in places such as, smoking, eating, exercising and exposure to sun can make a remarkable effect upon all kinds of cancer rates.

Michelle Holmes, a cancer specialist at Harvard University, said public may mistakenly think, their likelihood of getting cancer is more dependent on genes than their way of life. Genes have been present for thousands of years, but if cancer rates are altering in a life span, that doesn’t have a lot to do with genes.

Experts say that, a problem of breast cancer is increased by estrogen and if a woman is fat, it means she is producing more estrogen, which could lead to breast cancer. Even in a woman who is not fat, the body’s fat can be converted into muscle, if she practices some physical exercises.
