Acacia Research inks ‘License Pact’ with RPX Corporation

Nasdaq-listed Acacia Research Corporation has informed that its unit, Light Valve Solutions LLC, has entered into a license agreement with RPX Corporation covering a patent portfolio that relates to light valve systems.
Acacia Research's subsidiaries develop, acquire, and license patented technologies. Acacia Research's subsidiaries control over 100 patent portfolios, which include U.S. patents and certain foreign counterparts, covering technologies used in a wide variety of industries.
The scrip of California-based Acacia Research Corp. were presently trading at $3.10, up 2% compared to previous close of $3.01. The stock had made 52-week high and low of $ 9.30 and $1.87.
