Privately-held ClickSpark, LLC has finally agreed to acquire UnitedTel, an e-Commerce solutions company located in Rochester NY, for an undisclosed amount.

UnitedTel, founded in 2003, offers a wide variety of services ranging from Telephone (LEC) Billing, Call Center Solutions, Online Lead Generation and e-Commerce Consulting.

Following the acquisition, UnitedTel will operate independently to preserve its flourishing brands.

According to sources, the combined companies will focus on providing a better user experience for their current customers as they strive to constantly improve upon their products.
