Pink is Powerful, Says ‘Think Pink’ Breast Cancer Charity House

Think Pink Rocks, a three-year-old benefit concert, is sponsored by the Think Pink breast cancer charity that is based in Boca Raton.

Talking of Stephanie Robin, she has loads of pink in her life, from her mobile phone to the racing strip on her truck.

Also, her Maltese’s name is pink, who in reality is a boy, and she jokingly said that he never complained about the name.

She said that if a male dog can don that name then there should be no problem for a stretch to be colored in pink, denoting the strength of femininity that has attempted to save millions of breast cancer sufferers.

Along with that, she added that pink is not merely a color but more of an attitude. But at the same time, this color has taken up an importance of a different level altogether for her.

This 42-year-old is going through therapies for Stage 4 breast cancer at the moment and is the Co-founder of Think Pink Rocks.

Even after Robin’s mom, Lois Nelson was diagnosed with breast cancer two times, she had no idea that there was something like breast cancer gene or BRCA 1 and 2.

Think Pink Rocks saw its first show in the month of October 2008, with a lot of stars who showed their support to the cause.
