Madoff’s Palm Beach House – target of teenagers’ resentment

The Palm Beach, Fla. House of the shamed financer Bernard Madoff has become the favored spot for the pranksters of the suburb!

Last month, the house was targeted by some youngsters to express retaliation against Madoff. A piece of bronze yard art, worth $10,000 was swiped from the house, and exchanged with a message that read: "Bernie the Swindler, Lesson: Return Stolen Property to rightful owners. Signed by - The Educators."

On Monday, the teenagers resorted to the long-established teenagers' prank - that of putting toilet paper atop a neighbor's house!

Though characteristically the prank is used either as a Halloween 'trick' or else to have a leading edge in the childish enmity of the high-school years, this time around it came as a reaction to the loss of their trust funds.

The teenagers draped strips of white toilet paper on trees facing the estate, striking back after losing their trust funds to the accused charlatan.

As per the reports by the Palm Beach Post, some teenaged boys called up its newsroom, and have outspokenly taken the credit for covering the tree outside Madoff's vacant house with toilet paper - their way of expressing resentment! And, they stated that their act was endorsed by their equally- angry parents.
