Microsoft Releases Windows 8 Preview

However, Microsoft could not launch its new operating system: the Windows 8 by first week of June this year as per its promise, but released the preview of the same.

The introduction regarding the new operating system had been given two months before only, while now major improvements and additions have been revealed by Microsoft.

The new invention consists of the same Aero but with improved performance, says the company. Also, it has been provided with enhanced multiple monitor support. The company adds that the preview is unlike the Consumer Preview, and it is stable and feature-complete undoubtedly.

It has been told that the OS was tested on a Samsung Series 9 laptop so as to check out if the same is compatible with touch and non-touch devices.

The release preview has uncovered that the OS contains Flash feature with video playback, which is completely new. It is also being said that with the creation of Sports, Travel, and News apps and Flipboard-like Metro apps that gives style to the particular screen has made it easy to flip through many contents.

The report says that Windows 8 is being hoped to earn large number of customers.
