Diets alone Can never play Wonders to your Body and Life

No matter how healthy diet you eat every day, in the absence of a regular exercise regime, it would never bring positive results.

Yes, in a recent study conducted by few Indian origin researchers over fruit flies on Dietary Restriction, it has been stated that by simply restricting the nutrients you take on daily basis, without any kind of physical doings; you can never benefit in any ways. If you desire to have a healthy life then it is must to get yourself involved into a physical activity. You don't have to stay hungry for longer hours because this will make you fatigue.

According to a research at the Buck Institute, the fruit flies on Diet Restriction tend to transfer their metabolism towards the fusion and breakdown of their fatty acids. This highly affects their muscle tissues. Buck faculty Pankaj Kapahi, PhD added, "Dietary restriction is known to enhance spontaneous movement in a variety of species including primates, however this is the first examination of whether enhanced physical activity is necessary for its beneficial effects".

With the help of this study, the secret behind a reduced lifespan and fat metabolism in the muscles of flies on DR has been discovered. These flies are unable to move much. And, therefore a strong connection between increased movement, DR-mediated metabolic activity in muscle, and the advantages of restricting nutrients; is proved.
