However, with the passage of time, the gap between men and women has narrowed, but this time, women have performed better than men. The revelation was being made by James Flynn, who is a world-renowned authority on IQ tests.

He was of the view that the women have not covered the gap but has also managed to win the test. All this has been possible due to modernity, by which Flynn said that with passage of time, things have not only got advanced, but has also got complex.

In order to survive in this intricate world, it is very important to work accordingly, and it seems that women have adapted themselves in the same manner. Flynn affirmed that women now have to play multiple roles, no more they are restricted to house gold works. These days, they have to earn, manage home, take care of their kids and have to socialize as well.
