Since, presidential elections are to be held within upcoming two months, it is being suggested to one and all that they should have a clear picture of what would happen before they vote for their favourite, Mitt Romney or Barack Obama.
People are being asked not to focus at any one particular matter, but yes, on Medicare for sure and on priority amongst other concerns. As per the findings, many changes would be seen in the existing healthcare system in case Romney becomes the president.
And the changes, may or may not they affect the elderly people, would surely have an impact on the lives of today’s young generation. Since, the republican candidates have announced that their victory would at first mean the revoke of Obamacare or the Affordable Health Care Act.
Medicare, which is the foundation of the act, had become a law two years ago. It has been found that the same collects money for its operation from current payroll deductions and its cost is on rise since long. Thus, changes in the same may result in loss of jobs or increased taxes on medical devices may even put the economy under downward pressure.
It is therefore that people under 40 years of age are especially being urged to think twice before taking a decision over president’s election.
