The first details on the new `Call of Duty: Ghosts' multiplayer mode was recently unveiled by Activision, which released the multiplayer debut trailer of the game at the LA Live event in downtown Los Angeles.
The multiplayer debut trailer of the new `Call of Duty: Ghosts' title was presented by Activision's president and CEO Eric Hirshberg. In an hour-long presentation at the press conference, Hirshberg introduced the trailer which essentially unfolded the first-in-game footage of the new game's multiplayer mode.
Some of the key confirmations coming via the trailer included the presence of female soldiers in the `Call of Duty: Ghosts' game, as well as remote-controlled drones and destructible environments. The trailer also hinted at players squads, and the appearance of the dog which was earlier revealed for the game's single-player campaign.
In addition, Activision also disclosed in the trailer that the new gameplay modes of `Call of Duty: Ghosts' will include the `Cranked' mode, in which kills will make the players faster, but will also activate a countdown timer that the players have to keep topping up with further kills; and the `Search And Rescue' mode in which players have to recover dog tags to `rescue' captured teammates.
Activision also detailed four `Squads' modes of the new Call of Duty title: Squad vs. Squad; Wargame; Safeguard; and Squad Assault.
