The company's Board Advisors include the City Light Capital managing partner Josh Cohen; and the QuestBridge founder and president Michael McCullough.
The state-of-the-art technology platform of 2tor adds to the time-honored offline curricula, thereby creating transformative tutoring aided by the best educational and Web

Launched earlier this year, 2tor is already working in partnership with the widely-reputed Rossier School of Education, under the University of Southern California, for the launch of a first-of-its-kind Master of Arts in Teaching program - MAT@USC - to be delivered online.
In accordance with the advice of its cream-of-the-crop financial advisor, Signal Hill Capital, 2tor intends using the newly-raised funds for the enhancing resources pertaining to its student recruitment and marketing endeavors. Katzman said: "We will continue to scale up our first program, ready the launch of our second, and step up to the role as the bridge between great universities and online learning."
