The company is asking people to submit their applications for a marketing job via text message using 160 characters only.

Applicants should text the word 'job', followed by why they should be considered to 82088.

Explaining the reason for the current move, Founder and chief executive of the company, Phil Terrett said, "As the job will be working with mobile content, I thought why not get people to apply in the medium that they will be working in."

According to the company applicants should be good with words, have working knowledge of mobile and social media.
