A fresh survey revealed that the Palm Pre-users are satisfied but not as much as Apple's new iPhone 3GS users.
A survey of 200 3GS customers conducted by RBC Capital & ChangeWave Research showed that 99 percent of the surveyed customers were satisfied, of which 82 percent were very satisfied.
On the other hand, in a matching survey of 40 Pre users 87 percent said they were satisfied, of which 45 percent marked them "very satisfied."
Nevertheless, RBC report said, "It is the highest score ever recorded in our Palm satisfaction surveys and above all other manufacturers except Apple and RIM."
Around 55 percent of the iPhone owners dislike the AT&T network intensely. 41 percent complained against iPhone 3GS's short battery life.
Still, iPhone 3GS outshined its two iPhone predecessors.
