Phytel, the leader in physician-led health improvement, has entered into an alliance with Paragon Health, which provides consulting and management services to many of the largest, most prestigious cardiology practices in the U.S.
The deal will offer Paragon to market Phytel's services to its clients and those of affiliated organizations. In addition, Paragon will also help Phytel fine-tune its population health management protocols for cardiology.
Phytel is the premier company empowering physician-led health improvement. The company provides physicians with proven technology to deliver timely, coordinated care to their patients.
It should be noted that Paragon, which already has a strategic tie-up with the American College of Cardiology, will help Phytel choose best-practice and appropriate-use criteria to enhance its cardiology guidelines, based on Paragon's long experience with cardiology practices.
