Six years back, 43 year old Becky Griggs weighed a whopping 352 pounds, and was struggling with high blood pressure and a myriad of other medical problems, but today, 200 pounds lighter and free of all those dangers, the woman has come out to share the secret behind her amazing weight loss which not only helped her get out of medical troubles, but gave her back her self confidence.

As shared by Becky, her personal journey did not include any fad diets or radical weight loss surgeries; it was all about "eating cleanly and regular exercise".
