Six years back, 43 year old Becky Griggs weighed a whopping 352 pounds, and was struggling with high blood pressure and a myriad of other medical problems, but today, 200 pounds lighter and free of all those dangers, the woman has come out to share the secret behind her amazing weight loss which not only helped her get out of medical troubles, but gave her back her self confidence.
As shared by Becky, her personal journey did not include any fad diets or radical weight loss surgeries; it was all about "eating cleanly and regular exercise". Those who are looking to drop weight should always read food labels carefully, and stay away from "processed products, sugar and fat". Maintains a control of the potions consumed in a day with 5 smaller meals spread throughout the day is also important.
Regular exercise is the second secret. According to Becky, "working out and getting sweaty" is probably the best thing to do. To keep your motivation level high, she advises to get an exercise partner.
With high motivation and a great success story to back it with, Becky is now a personal fitness trainer and shares her message of a regular and strict diet and exercise regime with other who are struggling with their weight. "It’s taken time, but I know now that this me is the me who I am, and that fat girl, she is not me anymore", says Becky.
