Star Air has announced plans to strengthen its regional aviation network by expanding connectivity to Kolhapur and Belagavi, two emerging economic hubs in western and southern India. The move reflects the airline’s strategy to support regional development by linking underserved cities with growing commercial activity. Alongside this network expansion, the airline will significantly increase its flight operations during the summer schedule, raising weekly flights from 455 to 550. The decision comes amid rising passenger demand and growing business travel in smaller urban centers.
