Scottish health authorities have launched an extensive flu vaccination drive to protect all children from the serious consequences of seasonal flu.

While in the past years, only "at risk" children were given anti-flu vaccination, this year all children are being offered the vaccine. The vaccine is being given in the form of a nasal spray and not an injection.
