Report: Stock conditions for new iPhones at Apple retail stores will improve by Oct. 8
According to an AppleInsider report, the availability of Apple's new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus handsets will soon clear up at the company's retail stores for walk-in customers, enabling them to purchase all the variants of the new iPhones, in all colors and storage configurations.
The report, based on the information shared by multiple sources, said that the stock conditions for the new iPhone and iPhone 7 Plus handsets at Apple's retail stores will likely improve by October 8; thanks to a notable increase in the supply of the handsets.
Apple's new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus handsets were officially unveiled at the company's September 7 product launch event. The handsets completely sold out shortly after Apple and bigwig US wireless carriers opened pre-orders for the devices
Currently, some of the models of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus - particularly the Jet Black and Black color options - show a shipping date of November from Apple's online store.
However, in an apparent indication that the supply of the new iPhones has already started to clear up for some prospective buyers, T-Mobile customers have started reporting some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus orders are being shipped by the carrier ahead of schedule.
